Our son had a tongue tie and Rachele was so knowledgeable and gave good advice on going to an ENT vs pediatrician dentist. After his release, our son had to relearn to suck again and Rachele was so patient. He would scream at the breast before Rachele’s guidance and now we are up to 15 min breastfeeding sessions. She also was willing to go above and beyond and come out to our house which was helpful in the first few weeks postpartum. More importantly she sent check in and follow-up emails and always made herself available for calls or text if needed.
